Advantages of Rubber Bar Mat

  1. 1.Rubber bar mat has excellent resistance to high temperature and low temperature, and maintains good elasticity in the temperature range of-20 ~ 120.
  2. At the same time, it has many excellent properties, such as flame retardant, high temperature resistance, electrical conductivity, wear resistance, ozone resistance and so on.

Disadvantages of Rubber Bar Mat

  1. Not resistant to aging, oil resistance, chemical resistance (except alkali) performance is not good.
  2. Because the expected effect is different from that of silicone rubber bar felt and PVC bar felt, the production process of rubber bar felt is also different. Rubber bar mats generally use nonwovens to draw brand logo and patterns, rather than using dispensing technology to draw logo, as silicone bar mats and PVC bar mats do. Therefore, the rubber bar mat is not waterproof and the non-woven fabric will inhale the liquid.
